AME Plans are designed for businesses that care about retaining and rewarding their employees, and are designed for businesses that have 15 - 1,000+ full time U.S. based employees.
Is this benefit "legal" ?
Yes. AME Plans are indemnity-based health & wellness plans prioritizing health. Plans have been specifically designed and satisfy the requirements of IRC Section 125 and other applicable IRS Codes. This program does not change or replace any existing employee benefit plan(s) and can be in addition to what's already in place.
How do my employees reduce out of pocket medical costs ?
Many illnesses, and some injuries, can be diagnosed and successfully treated using state-of-the-art telehealth protocols (with no out-of-pocket outlay). This is just one of the many parts of the AME Programs. Plan participants save time and money by eliminating the need for many in-office doctor visits or additional "co-pays".
An included Rx benefit provides over 1,000 of the most commonly prescribed medications at no out of pocket cost; and significant discounts are available on many other drugs.
These cost saving opportunities are provided not just to your employee, but can be made to include the rest of their immediate household as well. There's no limit to the use of these health and wellness benefits!
How much does this cost?
The plans do not increase benefit costs to either the employee or your business, and may provide your business with additional tax savings once implemented.
Does this replace my current plan(s) ?
No. AME Plans do not change or replace any existing Medical or Supplemental Plans. It's simply an enhancement to your current benefits for qualified employees.
